How to Submit a Tech Request
- Click on Technology Repair Request link on the main page
- Type in UserName:
- Type in Password:
- Click on Public Submission
- Type in your description of the problem
- Click on the drop down arrow and find your name
- User Id will be automatically generated
- Leave Asset ID blank
- Type in Alternate Asset ID (e.g. projector, desktop, promethean, etc.)
- Click on the drop down arrow for the Asset Type and pick the item that closely fits your request
- Click on the drop down arrow under site for MCMS
- Type in your room number
- In the last block you can put your email or anyone else’s that you think needs an update on this request.
